PokeNest does not require a PokeNest account, does not sell personal data and does not currently use third-party advertising, cross-app tracking or third-party analytics SDKs.

2. Collection data and photos
Cards, quantities, condition, cost, notes, albums, alerts and saved card photos are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud, Apple CloudKit may synchronise them through your private Apple account. We do not operate a server that receives a readable copy of your complete collection.
You control this data through the app, your device and iCloud. Removing the app alone may not remove data already synchronised with iCloud.
3. Camera and network requests
Camera access is used to scan cards. Detection and text recognition take place on the device, and the live camera feed is not uploaded to us. A cropped image may be saved only when you add a card.
The app requests catalogue, image, pricing and exchange-rate information from independent providers such as TCGdex and public European Central Bank sources. Those providers necessarily receive standard technical data such as your IP address and apply their own privacy terms. Your complete collection is not sent to them.
4. Purchases, support and website
Apple processes App Store purchases and subscription status. We receive the entitlement information needed to unlock access, not your full payment-card details.
If you email us, we use the information you provide only to answer and protect the Service. The website may store your language preference locally. Hosting providers may process IP address, browser information, requested pages and limited security logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
5. Legal basis, retention and rights
Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on providing the Service or support you request, complying with law, our legitimate interest in security, or consent where required. Support information and technical logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and legal obligations.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and complain to your data-protection authority. Because collection data is normally held by you and Apple, some requests must be completed through device or iCloud controls.
6. Children, providers and changes
The Service is not designed to collect personal data from children. Minors should use it with a parent or guardian, particularly for purchases. Apple and infrastructure providers may process limited data in other countries under safeguards described in their own policies.
We may update this policy when the Service, providers or law changes. The date shown on this page identifies the current version.

PokeNest is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by or acting for Nintendo, GAME FREAK, Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company, Apple or any other company unless expressly stated. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
